Alicia Farrar Shout Out!
So Alicia, Leah and I flew to Boise this past weekend to visit the Farmers in Fruitland. Sunday night at 1:50 am Leah started throwing up, her first throw up (no we didn't take pictures). I ran up stairs to go get Alicia, and she came down and held Leah while I cleaned up, while Leah almost threw up on her. If that wasn't eventful enough....an hour before we were to leave for our flight home, I got sick and was throwing up. So Alicia had to take over. After a little discussion we decided to go for it and keep our flight. I was miserable. I couldn't carry any bags and I couldn't help with Leah, but Alicia took care of it all. She got us through the flight and back home. Thank you Alicia, I am so glad you were there to help. Thank you for carrying all the bags and taking care of Leah the whole flight. It really meant a lot to me. Alicia is awesome! I'm sure everyone can agree. I am lucky to have such a great sister. And so far she hasn't gotten sick, although most of the Farmers did and my husband, so cross your fingers Alicia, it is a wicked flu!

Bob Harper
i just thought we needed a Bob shout out. I don't think there is anyone more darling who can still sport tattoos. I don't think there is anyone nicer, more motivational and more cool on reality tv today. Besides half the reason you watch The Biggest Loser is because of Bob. Im a fan.
