dad made a list of some of the countries who participated in the olympics and we had to chose one and make a dish from that country and bring it to the closing ceremony dinner party. also we were told to bring a dessert {anything we wanted} that would be judged and then awarded gold, silver, bronze...and then we just made up some medals so that everyone could win. we had a fun night which began with everyone preparing something at the house and then eating, then we watched the pictures from rob and stephanies's honeymoon then we watched the olympics closing ceremony while we ate dessert. the food was so delicious and the desserts even better. below are the flags of the countries that participated{minus the philippines..they dropped out}
